3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary to perform services.
Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations (including HIPAA and CMS rules).
Maintain valid licenses and credentials for all providers.
Timely respond to documentation or clarification requests.
Maintain secure access to Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems if required.
We are not responsible for delays or claim denials resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely information provided by the client.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Service fees are defined in the executed service agreement and may include:
A percentage of monthly collections (starting as low as 2.99%)
Flat fees
Credentialing fees
Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)
Payment terms:
Invoices are due as specified in the service agreement.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. HIPAA Compliance & Confidentiality
Verifimed operates in compliance with applicable healthcare privacy and security laws, including HIPAA where applicable.
We:
Implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
Enter into Business Associate Agreements (BAA) when required.
Protect Protected Health Information (PHI) as required by law.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper patient authorization where required.
6. Intellectual Property

100% claim approval
Specific revenue increases
Specific reimbursement timelines
Healthcare reimbursements depend on payers, policies, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the signed service agreement.
Upon termination:
Outstanding fees remain payable.
Access to client systems will be discontinued.
Data will be returned or securely destroyed as required by law and agreement terms.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party vendors (such as software providers, hosting providers, clearinghouses, or analytics tools) to perform certain services.
We are not responsible for the actions or policies of independent third-party providers.
